A Golders Green synagogue hosted its annual Kosher Iftar for Ramadan.
The interfaith event, now in its thirteenth year, is held at Alyth Synagogue.
As conflict rages in the Middle East, organisers emphasised the importance of finding common ground across faiths.
Rabbi Hannah Kingston, from Alyth Synagogue, said: “You see love in this room, you see sharing in this room, you see people coming together caring for one another.
“It shows that we are so much bigger than the forces that try and get us to hate and it’s why we chose our theme this year of finding light in the darkness.”
Throughout the evening, faith leaders hosted interactive talks sharing their experiences and interpretations of holy texts.
