A powerful exhibition displaying political posters captured the Palestinian struggle for freedom, justice and equality.
Located in the heart of London, the P21 Gallery hosted the Art of the Palestinian Poster exhibition, curated by journalist Malu Halasa.
The exhibition demonstrated how visual art serves as an impactful tool for activism, encouraging visitors to consider the role of art in amplifying the voices of the Palestinian people facing war, suffering and occupation.
The posters feature bold designs and striking images, capturing years of struggle and resilience but also a rich cultural and ancestral identity.
Halasa said: “From posters one can get a sense of activism and that no matter how difficult the situation is, we can still work to change a bad situation.
“Posters aren’t just for entertainment, they demand a response.”
