Ravenscourt Park in Hammersmith could soon be refurbished after an expression of interest from Hoopsfix Foundation to revamp the leading court for west London players.
Yet to secure funding, Hoopsfix have delivered similar projects across London and the South East, their Brighton beach project a destination court.
Sam Neter thinks that without better infrastructure over the last two decades, British basketball has stagnated.
Neter said: “The importance of these spaces are as gathering points for the community.”
