Arsenal’s Premier League champions parade took over North London’s streets as the men celebrated their domestic title win yesterday.
It was a day filled with celebration, where flares sparked brightly and foghorns bellowed, as the men and women teams travelled through on their buses.
Lifelong fan Lawrence Elf attended the parade, which happened to fall on his birthday, with his two sons.
He said: “It was absolutely fantastic. We’ve waited a long time for this – this year we actually did it.”
Football commentator Emily Herbert was on the microphone for Arsenal’s final match against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park and she gave her thoughts on the team’s season as well.
